As we are a Wholesale brewery we do not have a cellar door.  To buy from us you must first call to arrange a visit to collect your beer.

Please see our Products & Services page for details on our brew to order service.

Honey Lager (The Avondale)

This is our signature brew made with Pilsner grain and Honey from our bees on site.  Technically this is a Braggot.  Which is the name given to beers made using Honey and Grain.  It is light and refreshing, with subtle honey and hop undertones.  Slightly sweeter than traditional lagers it is great for hot summer days.

Porter (Tiger Bay Dark)

A dark ale first made in London and made famous by the dock workers called Porters who worked along the Thames.  Hence the name.  Rich and smooth with Coffee and Chocolate notes across the palate, finishing with mild hop flavour and slight bitterness from the English hops, Fuggles and East Kent Goldings.

Oatmeal Stout (The Splott Stout)

Made with Rolled Oats, this Stout is ideally poured using a creamer, giving it a creamy head, yes, just like Guinness. Slight coffee and burnt toffee with biscuity undertones, very mild hops and a touch of bitterness.

Pale Ale (The Grange End Ale)

Clean and Chrisp, this Ale is brewed to the American Pale Ale style.  But without the dry hopping after fermentation. Floral aroma, fruity across the palate.  Not to bitter at the back end, just enough for a nice finish to show off the fruit undertones.
